Hooking a keyboard up to a PA system?
I’m most likely going to buy a PA here on Friday. The Mixer is a 4 channel and the inputs are all either XLR, or 1/4 inch guitar cord style.
My keyboard outputs are MIDI, and 1/4.
Is it okay to use a guitar cord from my Keyboard to the mixer?
Also does anyone know where I can find a MIDI to XLR cord?
Yes use a 1/4 to 1/4 inch guitar cable for your keyboard. If the mixer is far away from the keyboard, use a direct box. It converts the 1/4 inch cable to XLR.

MIDI cannot connect to your PA system – MIDI is a control signal with music information on it but there is no sounds on it.
